We had Highway as our wedding band last weekend and we could not have chosen a more perfect band or bunch of guys! The guys were fantastic. They learnt our first dance song for us and it was even better than we had imagined. Our guests commented on what a lovely version it was. The dance floor was not empty once, every generation of family and friends were dancing and barely anyone sat back down once they got up! The guys hit out with belter after belter, when you hear proud Mary at the start of an evening you know it can only get better! One of our friends arrived to our wedding not being able to fasten his waistcoat and after dancing to these guys all night- he could! We are still having guests contact us to say how amazing these guys are, we cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much for the best night!

We were delighted to have Highway Band play at our wedding. They were absolutely brilliant! I had read all the excellent reviews beforehand and I have to say they were even better than I had imagined. They learned our first dance song which was excellent and fun to dance to. The music was a great mix throughout the night and everyone was up and dancing. Even our venue commented that they were an excellent band. So many guests have commented on how much they enjoyed the music. They also did a couple of Ceilidh dances for us which was great fun and they patiently called the steps (we had quite a few guests who hadn’t done a Ceilidh dance before!) I would highly recommend the band to anyone looking for their own wedding.

Highway Band played at our wedding on Friday and they went down a storm! The guys were so helpful and friendly towards us before the wedding, during and after. Highway - just wow! We had a fairly small wedding but these guys were perfect! Everyone was joining in singing and dancing in their seats. The music was awesome. They catered for all requests and they have some serious talent. George sang our first dance song - Peter Gabriel’s Book of Love beautifully and the band played amazing. We had 4 dances and the transition between each song was very smooth. We had a laugh with all of them from start to finish. We absolutely would definitely recommend Highway. They are such a lovely bunch of guys, a great laugh, very easy on the eye which is an added bonus and they are a wonderful talent! Really hope we get to see you again! 😁

We spent a lot of time deliberating on our wedding band as our taste in music can be eclectic to say the least. We watched countless videos and read reviews on bands across Scotland and eventually decided on Highway. We were certainly not disappointed! The band were extremely accommodating with several date moves due to the pandemic and made the whole process very easy. We couldn't decide on playing a recorded track or getting the band to play our first dance but in the end went with the latter which we couldn't have been happier with. George's unique vocals backed up by the amazing band were amazing. So many of our guests commented on how great the band were. They even played some Ceilidh dances which had all of our guests up and having fun. The dance floor was never empty and everyone thoroughly enjoyed dancing away to the perfect mix of professionalism and classic floor fillers (albeit cheesy). At the end of the night the band took the time to speak with us and had a laugh with us along with a selfie.

It’s Monday and my feet are still sore from dancing at the wedding on Saturday. Usually there’s a duff tune in there every so often where you can get a seat, but not with this band. They were incredible. The dance floor was packed all night and the evening flew by too quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a band!

They made our day so special and provided an amazing experience and atmosphere for all of our guests. Ensuring there was a mixed genre of music to cater to all guests. They had everyone dancing from the get go. The dj set was unreal, playing tune after tune. We had so many compliments from guests commenting on vocals, atmosphere and song choices. Friday 5th April (2days ago) highway played at my wedding. I honestly couldn't recommend another band! My dance-floor was packed all night. I booked this band for my daughter and son-in-laws joint 30th birthday party and they did not disappoint. They were easy and professional to deal with and were prompt with their timings. Hired Highway Band for our Club Xmas Function from nothing more the a viewing of there media online.
They didn't disappoint in the slightest, had the dance floor busy all night with everyone getting involved and we had nothing buy hugely positive feedback from all our guests about the quality of the band.
Really friendly relaxed guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to future functions within our organisation.

Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough!! When me and the husband started looking for a band we had no idea where to start. We came across Highways Facebook page and listened to a few of their videos and really liked the sound of them. We wanted our band booked ASAP so just went ahead and booked it based on their videos we seen and heard. Now a lot of our friends said 'why would you book a band you've never heard live'. Which I understand, but it never bothered me really. The first time I heard these guys live was my wedding day, and hand on heart when I heard the first few words of our first dance song already knew that these guys were amazing! The whole night and the next day pretty much ALL my guests were saying how amazing the band were and how much of a variety of music they played!
Honestly... If you need a band I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you so so much for making our wedding day one to remember!!

Sorry it has taking us so long to get in touch but now we are back from our fantastic honey money I felt it was important to give some feedback on Highway who played at our wedding on 23rd May 2015 at the Carlton Prestwick. Highway were amazing and had the dance floor rocking the full night. Any of the guests we have spoken to said the band were great and the variety of music was first class.
One of our guests approached the band to make a booking for his daughters wedding, they were that good! Unfortunately the date was unavailable. Personally this demonstrates the high quality this band produced on the night.
When I spoke to George before the wedding my one ask as the bride was to have a full dance floor and they certainly surpassed our expectations.
We only found out last night when we watched back the DVD it was George who released a big party popper to celebrate the cutting of the cake and the start of the best party ever. Thank you so much, someone captured this as a photo, and I have to say it is a personal favourite.
Thanks a million to Highway for making our wedding amazing and extraordinary. We would definitely recommend Highway and I most certainly would use them again. 10/10 and great value . Good luck to George and the band for the future, we wish you every success not that we think you need it!

Absolutely fantastic, brilliant, wonderful communication from George Hoffin and the band .they played all sorts of music from their playlist, old and new as well as requests that I had made.
They were fantastic from beginning to the end! The dance floor was never empty, fab, and guests posted that they felt like they had a work out as they have never danced so much. All have asked for the bands name since , in order to recommend them to others or for their own use. It is now the 30th August and people are still asking where on earth I found them as they were soooo good. I have also recommended to friends who have upcoming marriages.
Thanks so much again, hopefully can hire them again for our anniversary, if we have any money left ha ha!!

Highway generated the perfect atmosphere for our magical night. We will never forget George's performance of our first dance, he sang it beautifully making it a really special experience and we will always remember it. Highway went on to play a great selection of music and they were happy to take requests from our guests. The dance floor was busy the whole night and everyone still talks about what a great time they had.

Highway wedding band were highly recommended to us from a friend, so we went to hear the band at a local venue to see for ourselves. We listened and met several local bands to make sure we found the one that would be perfect for our important night and as soon as we met George and the guys, we had no doubt they were the band for our wedding.
